Dr. Laima Antanaviciute

Dr. Laima Antanaviciute is an accomplished scientist with a strong background in molecular genetics. She has over 17 years of experience in senior roles across the life sciences and clinical diagnostics industries. her expertise spans molecular biology and genomics research, as well as leadership in marketing and product management.

 

For the past 9 years, she has led teams within the life sciences industry, driving advancements in genomic service offering, assay development, and developing training programs on cutting-edge molecular technologies, including digital PCR, WGS, WES, CMA, RNASeq and NGS workflow.

Dr. Antanaviciute brings a unique mix of scientific expertise and commercial acumen, having held management roles in marketing and sales alongside her extensive laboratory experience as a molecular geneticist. Most recently, as Director of Product Management at a clinical diagnostics company, she leveraged her expertise to drive successful product launches and oversee life-cycle product management and marketing activities.

Laima has an extensive publication history, publishing her original work in high-impact peer reviewed journals. She holds a Ph.D. and M.Phil. degrees in Biological Sciences obtained from University of Reading in UK.
